主題	簡介
主題 1	Define Phase: This section measures the skills of Six Sigma Practitioners and covers the foundational concepts of Six Sigma, including its meanings, historical context, deliverables of Lean Six Sigma projects, and the problem-solving strategy represented by Y=f(x), Y=f(x). Candidates will also learn about the Voice of the Customer, Business, and Employee, as well as Six Sigma roles and responsibilities.
主題 2	Control Phase: This section measures control phase strategies for Quality Control Managers. Candidates will learn about Lean control methods such as Kanban and Poka-Yoke, as well as statistical process control (SPC) techniques. They will analyze various control charts and develop effective Six Sigma control plans to maintain improvements.
主題 3	Measure Phase: This section assesses skills related to process definition for Quality Analysts. Candidates will utilize tools such as Cause & Effect diagrams, process mapping techniques like SIPOC and Value Stream Maps, and Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA). Additionally, candidates will explore basic statistics and measurement system analysis to evaluate precision and accuracy.
主題 4	Improve Phase: This section focuses on skills in regression analysis for Predictive Modelers. Candidates will explore simple and multiple regression techniques, including data transformation methods. They will also learn about designing experiments, including full factorial and fractional factorial experiments.
主題 5	Analyze Phase: This section evaluates skills in analyzing patterns of variation for Data Analysts. Candidates will conduct Multi-Vari Analysis and apply inferential statistics, including hypothesis testing with both normal and non-normal data. Understanding sampling techniques and the Central Limit Theorem is also crucial in this phase.
